Speed/DE focused day

Box Squats- add 1 inch to the previous box because I put a padded mat on as well. I am still way below parallel on these.

325 lbs x 2 x 4 sets with belt
415 lbs x 1 with belt

Added a belt on the latter sets to help keep my tightness when I am on the box. Very controlled descents today. No dive bombing. The 415 one I even paused on the box for a second I think.
