    Competed today. Bit of a downer. Did not hit any pr's. I can tell myself this was still worth doing, as it is the lightest I have competed at, 213 with no cut whatsoever and weighing in with full clothes. Just didn't have it today though.

    Raw 220 classic, so no knee wraps

    Squat. I pitched forward on every squat attempt. Thought I eliminated this, but reviewing the videos my head positioning was attrotious.

    465-good
    510-good. Felt better walked out when I did it in the gym last month.
    530- plan was to go to 540, but with how 510 went dropped a bit. Didn't matter, though I felt the strongest on this descent.

    Bench
    260-good
    275-good
    290- was following the plan here. This was the best feeling attempt, but stalled after I went off the chest.

    Dead
    530-good
    580- good
    625- initially was gunning for 630, but decided to go for a 5 lb pr. Break the floor and had nothing after that.

    Feels like I wasted 15 weeks. There is always something to learn though.

    Complete week off. Going to start up again Monday and plan for a summer meet to get back on track.

    Sumo
    425 x 1. This was the first sumo pull in probably 4 years. Was a bit more than I could go for 3. So shut it down at 1

    Deficit

    Sumo for more practice

    Walking DB lunge
    25's x 5 each leg x 2
    40's x 5 each leg and then a lap around the gym holding the dbs before putting them in the rack.

    400 x 5. Belt first two sets. Belt and knee wraps last set to get work with the weight but not overdo it.

    315 x 5. Belt. Just didn't feel like going all the way back to 310 with 3 plates on the bar.

    95 x 5. Left hamstring was feeling tender on this one. Was thinking a final set of 8 and then some leg curls. Just called it a day for the legs with this.

    Sling Shot set. rest pause
    235 x 13, 5, 3. 21 total reps and then took the sling shot off for a single as a fourth rest pause. In the future I may work in a rest pause set where the sling shot gets introduced in the second or third part of the set. Not a bad idea huh? I just thought of it typing this up.
