    Weird Pec shape

    I have just recently started to train (6 months) now and seen some fantastic transformations in my body - however my pecs have developed slightly weird - i have nothing in the center (inner chest area), has anyone has this problem and managed to correct it??

    This is most likely due to genetics. What you can do is keep on working hard and train, make your Chest grow bigger, more musclar to make that so-call wierd shape look less obvious.
    Change is good.

    Thanx for your response victor. Im gonna try doing more dips, and flye exercises together with close grip presses for the next month or so.
