    High bar squats using bands?

Would this be worth doing to add tension to a specific portion of the lift to maybe work on your weakness? If so what coloured bands?

How exactly would you incorporate them into your training? What sort of or percentages are we talking about?

matters if you want them for, if for speed work then 45% of 1RM, if you just want them for working the top more then you could use a higher % of your 1RM
