Im trying to gain muscle/weight and have read the GOMAD diet is good for this, already I have a bit of fat on me currently and dont want to gain any/much more.
Im 6'1" around 240 pounds, not massively fat but do have a bit of a gut.
Im doing the SS routine currently lifting:
Deads: 260lbs 1x5
Squats: 260lbs 3x5
Bench: 200lbs 3x5
Im looking to gain more lean mass before doing a cut, am I risking gaining too much fat with the GOMAD diet? Rest of my diet is in check at around 3000~ calories.
