This happen to anyone else? I keep my legs tucked when doing dips but I definitely don't sway them or anything. Hurts like a bitch too.
Maybe you're tucking them too strongly. Let them hang naturally. I've never had that problem.

I actually lean really far forward because I try and work my chest more than my tris. It may be that I am tensing them up too much
Are you using very heavy weight?
do dips somewhere where the bars are higher so you do have to bend your legs.
