    Good training mate, I'll have to give a look in to the hip thrusts / glute bridges after reading your write up of them.

    Behind the Head Lat Pulldown

    finished up with 12 mins of intervals on the rowing machine

    wanted to go higher in weight but my muscles were way to sore, so i back off week is in order next week

    still rehabbing the knee a bit, first time for me doing this in about 5 years but its time to bring this old exercise out of the closet because it is a great one

    Dumbbell Shoulder Press

    T-bar Rows

    180x8 3 sets

    finished with some curls and tricep extensions

    Hill sprints only did 5, i learned that heavy deads and squats combined with hill sprints aint a good combo i nearly collapsed after those 5 sprints...lol ill stick to complexes on the heavy days and hill sprints on lighter days

    10 min bike ride to rehab the knee a bit.

    Knee has still been sore, i will lay off the squats until it feels ready to go, ill just take it slow and keep deadlifitng in the mean time
