    Complexes for cardio

So I hate running, but still want to do some cardio type stuff to help speed up losing some weight. Goal is to lose some weight while preserving strength and lean muscle.

I was thinking Barbell complexes would be a fun non-boring way to accomplish this. Is this a Good/Bad idea?

I lift four days a week (M,T,TH,F) doing BGB.

If this is a good idea, how would I incorporate this into my routine? After I am done with my regular workout? On days I don't lift?

Will this affect my regular lifting... BGB?

Complexes are great, in fact i need to get back to doing them myself...lol

the best way to incorporate them would be at the end of workouts, about 5-6 rounds, and when u can hit 6 rounds in about 10 mins, up the weight

Agreed, although its prob the least time you will want to do them.

Keep them light, keep the tempo up and maintain decent form. They do not need to be heavy!!
