So I hate running, but still want to do some cardio type stuff to help speed up losing some weight. Goal is to lose some weight while preserving strength and lean muscle.

I was thinking Barbell complexes would be a fun non-boring way to accomplish this. Is this a Good/Bad idea?

I lift four days a week (M,T,TH,F) doing BGB.

If this is a good idea, how would I incorporate this into my routine? After I am done with my regular workout? On days I don't lift?

Will this affect my regular lifting... BGB?
