So I hate running, but still want to do some cardio type stuff to help speed up losing some weight. Goal is to lose some weight while preserving strength and lean muscle.
I was thinking Barbell complexes would be a fun non-boring way to accomplish this. Is this a Good/Bad idea?
I lift four days a week (M,T,TH,F) doing BGB.
If this is a good idea, how would I incorporate this into my routine? After I am done with my regular workout? On days I don't lift?
Will this affect my regular lifting... BGB?
Complexes are great, in fact i need to get back to doing them myself...lol
the best way to incorporate them would be at the end of workouts, about 5-6 rounds, and when u can hit 6 rounds in about 10 mins, up the weight

Agreed, although its prob the least time you will want to do them.the best way to incorporate them would be at the end of workouts
Keep them light, keep the tempo up and maintain decent form. They do not need to be heavy!!
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw
Thanks guys! Probably going to add them to the end of my lifting 2-3 times a week
Dont wanna jack the thread but can someone link me to good info on bb complexes?
