    Eastside vs. Westside

    What is the difference between the two? Being from the midwest, I guess I have just come across the term til i was on this board. Which is better? Eastside are you supposed to dress all ivy league like when you lift and the westisde are you supposed to lift outside like Arnold did at venice beach? I mean, its a midwest thang, ya'll, well according to Nelly....

    sorry i dont know what eastside is, someone else correct me but dont the principles of westside incorporate max effort strength exercises with dynamic effort exercises, thats what im doing at the moment, maybe im going off on a tangent but i have absolutely no idea what lifting at venice beach has to do with it.

    Eastside

    Westside = Ace

    while I'am not an expert on westside, I know the best powerlifters in the world train with it. Using ME and DE effort day with a constant change of exercise for ME.

    these are a couple of good sites to find out about it. also Adam Mckinnon has a pretty good article on it here to.

    I think you're confusing the east coast vs. west coast fight between rappers...

    well, if there is a westside, shouldnt there be an eastside? it would only make sense, but if there is a sort of westside, it should be called something else then.

    The original Westside started in California, but now they reside at a gym in Ohio aptly named "Westside Barbell"
