Quick workout in the garage this morning. Planning on training events tomorrow but I missed my lower body workout Thursday/Friday so wanted to find some middle ground in terms of getting in a session without beating myself up.
Deadlift: (against bands)
315 lbs + Mini Bands x 2
405 lbs + Mini Bands x 2
455 lbs + Mini Bands x 2
505 lbs + Mini Bands x 2
Not sure on the band tension but was happy with the pulls.
I picked up a new blender a week or two ago and have been mixing up some different shake combinations. My PWO shake today was 4-5 frozen strawberries, half a banana, three scoops of Opticen, scoop of glutamine (got it for free), scoop of BCAA's, and about 10-12 oz of skim milk.... delicious.
