Ok i'm new to weight lifting and hitting the gym doing cardio. I'm 20 years old, male, 58KG, 5 ft 6.
I want to know what I should be eating (chicken breast I know is good is frozen ok or is it better to get the refrigerated ones? how is it best cooked and what with, pasta?) I also have an all in one suppliment drink which can be seen here:
I also want to know when that's best to consume.
Can anyone help me on this?

design a meal plan in which 40% is from protein.. 30% from fat and 30% from carbs..
and read the thread ^^ recommended to get an idea of good food choices
