I thought I would share some pictures I've taken over the years. It's kind of difficult to get pictures since by the time you drive home your pump is all gone. I don't have much experience in poseing, so bear with me.
As you can probably tell, I started taking protein during the summer of 2008. I work out 5 days a week and take sat and sun off and I work out for a hour, maybe a hour and a half if I have time. I take creatine for a month and take a month off.
Basically my workouts look like:
Mondays= chest, lats, shrugs, and maybe light arms
Tuesdays= heavy bicepts, tricepts, rows, leg press
Wednesday= light chest, heavy back day
Thursdays= arms, squats, and deads
Friday= chest, heavy tricepts, and more lats
My shoulders have some problems so I do light shoulder work every day. And I throw in some more leg stuff since I neglect them some. But the things I focus on the most would be back, chest, bi's, tri's, and lats.
The left would be January 2008
