hey guys, somewhat new to the board as far as posting and need some added motivation. have had to take the whole summer off due to changing jobs and moving. so i started back this week adn wanted to gauge my overall strength, so ive spent the week testing my bench, DL, squat ad front squat lift. keep in my mind i wast trying to split my sack, but get some waits i can start from
paused bench 315(no spot)
squat 485(no spot)
front squat 335
im wanting to get some gear ad have been advised to start out with some briefs. any ideas on what program to start back with?..west-side, bill star, wendler, sheiko?
