Alright so its about damn time I started one of these. I enjoy checking out everybody elses progress and its time I contribute. I will preface by saying I have a bad left rotator cuff so any motion over horizontal hurts like a SOB. Now onto the good stuff

Kept it brief today. Wasnt expecting anything b/c its been Iron Bowl weekend down here and theres been much alcohol consumption and no sleep at all but it was still good. Oh, and I hate my shoulder.
