The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Loose F6 shirt as first shirt?

I found a used Titan F6 shirt, the IPF approved shirt for $40. The seams all looked good, I didnt see any runs, tears or any kind of damage. I put it on myself in about 2 minutes, which I understand shouldnt be possible with a single ply shirt. Ive never benched in a shirt before, I bench with an arch, touch to bottom of the sternum.

My question is, will this be a good shirt to learn on for the price? Or would the money be better off going to another shirt? Thanks.

I have used a Fury and am currently using an F6, both kinda big on me and really like the Titan shirts. My F6 is tighter then the Fury but I am still learning the shirt and can do it with these easily.

I just started using a loose F6 couple months ago. I was getting 110 lbs out of it loose. I was ready to move up so I just bought a tight super katana. Got it in yesterday. Will probably try it out for the first time Friday. You can't go wrong with the F6, and that's a steal by the way. I'd jump on it.
