    i vomit after my squats session and i tore my pants while doing front squats today

    Thats a better start, When you **** your pants while you squat, and finish your set anyways. Then your part of the family.

    I don't know about the throwing up part, but ripping your pants generally means that you are squatting well.

    LOL, why you squatting in pants? I ripped all my boxers from squatting. Now I buy boxer briefs which tend not to rip as easily.

    lol! Bad idea my friend. If one of those puppies gets stuck between your thighs while you are extending...it's all over. Stretchy sports boxer briefs for the win. Boxers are worthless, they just blow out before you are even warmed up.

    I have gotten very, very close to vomiting during squats, and I've messed myself once or twice too, but never, NEVER have I ripped anything.

    Seriously, just wear crap that fits. Bring some stretchy gym shorts lol. If your rip something thats just you being stupid.
