I'm currently running bgb, I'm currently bulking I'm at 200lbs and eat about 3600cal 300carbs and 90g of fat, my question is can I use squats twice a week while running that program? If so how would it fit in? Thank you

you should be working them hard enough on your quad day, but if you need too, you can do them on your hamstring day, ore one of your rest days.

Hamstring day includes quad accessory.
Personally I go for lunges x 12 reps but I guess you can do squats.
Why do you feel the need to squat twice per week? There is such overlap with BGB it's not really necessary.
When I did BGB I would squat twice a week. Once heavy on quad day and lighter weight for more reps on hamstring day.
when I did BGB I did heavier back squats on quad day and lighter front squats on hammy day.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, aren't front squats more of a quad exercise? I too am on BGB and was wondering the same thing, I miss squatting 3x a week.
