    How often should I lift??

    Should I lift everyday or everyother...

    If i lift EVERY day will I not get big?

    OR

    Should I lift everyday, but not focus on the same muscles...

    (I'm a newbie)

    And when should I take my protein drinks (I take two) one before workout and one after or bloth after??

    work 4 or 5 days a week at the most. If you workout every day you won't have enough recovery time.
