what weight are the stones and what do you put on your forearms? cuz i wen i just went tacky and bare forearms they were bruised for like a week and a half
Thank you all for the support! I did some events work yesterday and will post up another video this week.
Athletic tape may help to protect your forearms. It really depends on the condition of the stones and also how often you train with them. Once you have been doing it for a while you will notice that your forearms will not hurt so badly because the skin is tougher - similar to how calluses protect your hands.
Thats some bad ass strength.
