    Great work. I can't believe how high that first stone platform is. I thought you were going to have to balance it on your head before getting it all the way up there. Fantastic!

    what weight are the stones and what do you put on your forearms? cuz i wen i just went tacky and bare forearms they were bruised for like a week and a half

    Stones were up to 280 lbs, but I have loaded a 330 lbs stone to that first box (66") in a contest.

    Athletic tape may help to protect your forearms. It really depends on the condition of the stones and also how often you train with them. Once you have been doing it for a while you will notice that your forearms will not hurt so badly because the skin is tougher - similar to how calluses protect your hands.

    Thats some bad ass strength.
    When I die. I want to be frozen. And if they have to freeze me in pieces, so be it. I will wake up stronger than ever, because I will have used that time, to figure out exactly why I died. And what moves I could have used to defend myself better now that I know what hold he had me in.
