Got a good PR of 220kg/485lbs + 20kg/45lbs chain to a 1 board (shirted).
Must add I did not quite touch the board, was pretty close.
Had 5 plates + chain in my head, missed 215 kg due to not flaring at the top then put 220 kg (5 plates) on and made it!!
Weight is still 210lbs.
Great to hit a PR now that my elbow is getting better!
