    how often to work rotator cuff?

    I have decided to start incorporating some rotator cuff work in order to prevent injury (i see alot of people getting these injuries). I have found some good exercises, however im wondering what frequency and volume should i be working my rotator cuff?

    Should i do it 1x a week, 3x a week? I dont wanna overtrain it and injure it instead of preventing injury.

    I do my shoulder rehab on my bench days which is 2 sometimes 3 days a week. I try to stretch nightly.

    I do rotator cuff exercises along with foam roller work everyday. I started doing all of this first thing in the morning and as soon as I get to the gym on workout days. I have recovered a lot of my flexibility back. My shoulders seem to be less stiff and tight during the day.
