    WBB Routine Question

    In the sample routines or any routine for that matter should you break up the sets for the same muscle group? Like do 2 sets of for chest then 2 sets for back and alternate? Or should you do for example all the chest exercises and then all back?

    Do the routine just as it is written. They are done that way for specific reasons.
    Give chalk a chance.
