    first training log

    going DC for this

    been training for a couple of years had one burst of DC training before this one and saw some pretty amazing gains

    my lifts as from 1st august 09

    Squat 190Kg
    Bench 140Kg
    Deadlift 180KG

    My Goals
    Squat 210KG
    Bench 150KG
    Deads 200KG

    Stats
    Height 5ft 6'
    Weight 95Kg

    Splits gonna look like this
    Day1 Bench,shoulder press,Calf raises
    Day2 Dips,curls,Deads
    Day3 Squats,Rack pulls,hammer curls
    Day4 Decline press,military press,calf raises
    Day5 Close Grip bench,preacher curls,Deads
    Day6 Front Squats,Rack pulls,reverse curls
    Day7 Incline bench,arnie press, calf raises
    Day8 Bench tri dips,chins,Deads
    Day9 Squats,bent over rows, hammer curls

    all are going to be DC style
    Squats: Heavy set of 3-6 then a 20 rep set
    Deads: 13-17 reps Rest pause
