    Cleans, breaking off the rust

    worked up to 140kg/308# for a very easy single. this took 2 hours.... was coaching, wrapping and spotting most of the time then snuck over to do a rep occasionally. should have video soon.

    been out of town for most of 2 weeks now. through the week i've only been able to do hypertrophy work and some overhead pressing. snatched 106kg and cleaned 151kg last weekend and under the circumstances i was happy with it.
