    back in a little gear for the first time in forever. forever being october i believe. Pulled out some quite snug single ply briefs.

    up to 515x1 pretty easy
    uno-ply on

    rev purple

    all moved easily, purples measured afterward took off 15 from the top and 35 from the bottom. kinda silly really.

    lunges
    65kg 2x20 lil lighter to hopefully recover easier this week. still quite sore.

    quite sore from squatting and lunges yesterday and ended up having to do jump tests in class today.

    3 sec. paused vertical jump with no warm up - 28" PR at 215ish BW.

    Sounds dumb but wanted to do take some stress off my shoulders so i decided to do some heavy overhead work

    Behind neck push jerk
    up to 162.5kg/358lbs went very easily which i surprised at. probably push it higher next week before deloading.

    no touch bench press
    225 5x10 much much easier than previous weeks

    neutral grip db bench
    85's 3x10 got pretty difficult there

    pull- ups
    bw+20# 3x10

    won overall with 340 bench and a 650 pull at 214.8lbs. missed 700 on my 3rd pull and passed on my 3rd bench, didn't need another one and played it safe for the win.
