    up to 725x1 full gear minus wraps, missed 805 and went into back spasms. night was done before I even got to my opening weight.

    Finally got to bench, unfortunately it was after putting 5,500lbs of moulding over my head through the day.

    had my shirt "finned" per suggestion of brian carroll in his video on the subject and it changed the shirt dramatically.

    It was S.H.A.G. Masters nationals so they got to go in traditional order and the A class started with heavy hammer which was moderately terrible feeling at 830am
