    got the pumpage

    since the lexen meet training **** its pants right before the meet i'm gonna plan on doing the nc spf meet in april which is 11 weeks out i think.

    feet are good, just sore now

    spare squat day

    still real sore in the chest and hams from the last 2 workouts but needed to go in and do a true naked squat to base a squat study off of.

    normal warm up
    didn't know what the weights were until
    160k x1
    180k x1 called it there, hamstrings were done

    played with bar position a lot each set, weird being nude squatting.

    took another dexa scan today since i had extra time between classes and i've dropped down to 190lbs and wanted to see where that weight came from that i lost. dropped 3 percent bodyfat and actually put on a pound of muscle. plan on doing a good few cycles of hypertrophy work for a while.

    haha true, we actually only have 4-6 inches from what i can tell. not bad at all.

    thanks, i think it does but its mainly fun and increases my capacity for olympic lifts and throwing at the same time. losing what athleticism i have is not a happy thought for me.
