    had to squat in the neuro lab on campus due to almost the entire training crew being there. bar was slicker than **** and the platform was slick too. made the best of it though.

    back in the shirt, try and push a lil harder this time and see how the forearms hold up.

    455x1 felt much lighter than last week
    500x1 intended to do a board switch to a 1 after the rep but spotter ended up taking it. my fault for not clarifying with everyone.
    1 board
    500x1 wiggled around at lockout but finished it

    groove was a lil higher since i didn't use a belt but felt like everything went real well for my 2nd session back in the shirt

    light assist. after but arms were aching, no shirt next week to heal up.

    I'm surprised the bars in there could even hold that much weight. I figured the bar would look like an inverted U or flap like a bird when you were walking out.

    started with db's and worked up to 85's but forearms and elbows are still to messed up to dick around with.

    got blood moving and quit. this crap is annoying but hopefully laying off the heavy pressing so much will get this healed up. next shirt session will be another week and a half away.

    its really not that bad, just fatigues me a bit before i squat. i'll probably still do it for warm ups til my top sets. i like the luxury but i don't want to lose the abilityh to do it. if i turn into matt rhodes and bitch about walking out 5 plates i think i'd rather kill myself. not a personal shot to him but that was one of the gayest/lamest things i'd ever heard a competing lifter say.
