Do you have an actual tear somewhere in the arm/elbow or just an overuse problem? Hope it gets better so you can put together a good total at some point later.

Meet Day SPF NC champs
weighed in at 196, no cut or anything
only squatting and taking token bench and deadlift in an attempt to break in the all time list for 198 since this meet was super convenient. there were a lot of things that didn't go according to plan but managed a decent result in spite of it. i forgot my belt at the gym for **** sakes
was concerned that i was gonna be going it mostly alone through this as i was certainly not going to ask help from someone who was lifting or take their help. i wasn't attempting to make a total so it wasn't worth it.

650x1 briefs bunched bad under my suit in front of my hips somehow and i couldn't sit back worth a ****
750x1 scary, knees kicked forward without wraps and they crunched pretty bad.
after last warm up an "acquaintance" from boone popped up who doesn't know anything about equipment or how i lift and offered to wrap my knees for me. this about my only option so i said sure. that sucked
got to help and watch several friends during the day. they all had pr's on the day so i was very excited by days end. lots of smiles!
830 - good - flopped straps over myself just to have them up. knees shot forward hard in the hole but caught it and finished. weak ass knee wrap
860 - good - same story as first one but a lil tighter straps. kicked hard again but finished. this puts me one spot ahead of ed coan all-time on paper but thats a total joke. he probably had 1/4th of the support i had gear wise and he did it 25ish years ago.
900 - dumpola - kicked hard again in the hole and i just couldn't fight through it like the first two. i shot out from the weight like i came out of a cannon. knew i scared my dad who was in the crowd and the girl friend so i wanted to get up quickly and show i was ok but i was stuck on the floor like a turtle on its back cause of the gear. felt terrible for dumping on the spotters and apologized a lot.
then spent about 30 minutes with several people pulling and tugging getting my gear off. yay salt load.

total mishaps (not to make excuses but to be reminders)
1. mistook rules meeting time to be 9am when it was 8:30 and the actual meet started at 9
2. arrived in time to immediately start warming up
3. training partners didn't arrive til after squats ( completely my fault)
4. flight had 8 people in it that opened at about half my opening weight
5. skipped 3 warm up sets to try and make it out in time to be ready
6. briefs bunched up in my hips bad and kicked me forward out of the hole hard on all reps
7. guy who had no clue wrapped my knees really weak.
8. left my belt at the gym and grabbed a kids belt (after asking of course) right before my opener
