No joke, 12 hour workdays are rough, I have at least two of 'em each week.

Good deal on the steady efforts Brian.

I feel for ya' man. I don't know how you do it. I try and do quick sessions when working 12's, but usually just end up coming home, eating, then falling asleep.

    TRAINING:
    Cardio
    Run 20min.

    Boxing(2min rounds)
    3 rounds shadow boxing
    3 rounds speed bag
    3 rounds heavy bag
    1 round double end bag
    3 rounds mitts

Blah, Blah, Blah...Haven't done mitts in a while. Was a bit sloppy. Especially my jab. Also got into a bad habit of starting to move before I'm done with a combination. I get soo concerned with keeping moving I jump the gun a little. Makes me have a weak final punch, and makes me off balance, thus, open to be knocked down easily. Just more stuff to work on and think about.

There was literally a puddle of sweat on the floor where I performed this. lol, should've taken a picture of it. This session kicked my ass. I was good for the first few rounds of the circuit. TRAINING:
    Boxing(3min rounds)
    3 rounds jump rope
    3 rounds shadow boxing
    3 rounds heavy bag
    2 rounds double end bag
    2 rounds speed bag
    2 rounds shadow boxing

Blah, Blah, Blah...Felt like I was working out in an oven. Tomorrow's suppose to be worse. Still better than any cold day, in my opinion.

    CoCoa:
Yup. Good stuff I tell ya'. Reminds me of the late 80's when we had the major drought thing going on. 90 and over every day. Didn't bother me then though, cause mom and dad lived at a place with a giant ass lake on it. Swam and floated around on inertubes all day long. Man I miss that. I needz to find me a place like that to buy.

Blah, Blah, Blah...Not a bad session. The heat at work impacted my performance...I can't believe how much fluid I consumed at work today. 3 quarts of gatorade and 4 quarts of water in 6.5 hours. Even got sent home early cause of the heat.
