2 rounds slip rope
3 rounds heavy bag

GPP(#2)
Burpees*30sec
Jumping Jacks*30sec
Split Jumps*30sec
Burpees*30sec
Jumping Jacks*30sec
Mountain Climbers*30sec
-5 rounds w/30sec rest between rounds.

-Pushed myself, but gave up, mentally, a few times during the gpp circuit. Man that s**t's hard, but I never actually quit. Just the thought to quit entered my mind. That's not acceptable.
