Have had some uninspired, and missed, workouts lately. Think it's just life stresses weighing down on me, and lack of sleep. You know, the usual crap. Actually felt good today. Hopefully I'm on an up trend again.

4 rounds heavy bag

(2min rounds)
2 rounds double end bag
2 rounds speed bag
2 rounds slip ball

Blah, Blah, Blah...Good session. Felt loose and light on my feet.
