    Butt Wink?

    Does anyone have a visual example of what a butt wink looks like on a squat? I'm just curious b/c I've heard of it but never known what it actually looks like (something like the butt curling under instead of staying out?).

    yeah well curling the hips under at the bottom of the squat is a no no, it places a lot of unnecessary stress on the lower back, and pinching of the lower disk

    Just started SS:
    Bench: 235 (as of 8/7/09)
    Squat:275 (as of 8/11/09)
    Military Press: 135 (as of 8/12/09)
    Deadlift: 300 (as of 8/12/09)
    PowerClean: not doing anymore
