    NOT a routine critique

    Just finished SS and 5x5. My size has increased immensely, but my chest has been lagging behind. Are there any routines that emphasize chest growth, while I can still work my lower body hard? Thank you.

    Try some bar dips. Some people just do a lot better with dips for chest development.
