    Weak ass hoe.

But seriously, it's great to see people of the older generation realizing that aging is a choice to some degree. My grandparents certainly aren't like that.

Good for her! To get off the bench itself at that age like that is a feat on it's own!
Brad08 has some insight for people who don't understand... anything.
This is so ****ing ******ed it's almost beyond belief. So, if you eat 3k, you will automatically gain 3k worth of fat or muscle? Incredible. And here I am eating all this food, yet maintaining my weight. Fascinating.

You're one of those pussies that counts his almonds I bet.

    lol XD

she reminded me of a couple that goes to our gym.

The husband is nearing 60... He's probably around 240-250, deadlifts close to 500 [he did 400lbs 5x5 today, and I've seen him go higher]. Not sure on his bench or squat.
His wife is the same age, but doesn't train as intensely as him [she's still a lot stronger than most guys in my gym, ha]

We got this older guy probably 65-75 range and he likes to do the entire stack on the leg extension. We also have a group of seniors that all train free weights together and they move some decent weight, their form is terrible, but they have a ton of fun together. They are always joking around and hitting on the young girls.

You just reminded me of something Bill

The most impressive elder ive ever seen was this 72 year old guy, I was like 18 when i knew him because he worked out at the gym i was at at he time, and was 72 about 250 pounds, and he could bench press 400 pounds, he was just old school strong came in with a hat on tight white tshirt, and some farmer gloves and he would bench, then do some leg press and some curls, he was cool as **** and talked about how long he trained he said he used to bodybuild and power lift, but just as years have taken a toll on him all he does now is just bench, leg pres and curl to stay active.

and if you saw this guy you would have guessed him to be no more than 50, guys like him keep me motivated and that i can do it all of my life
