I know full well that I can't do the one-armed pullups and I don't think I can do one-armed pushups either. So it'd just be something fun to try, I guess.
I still intend to lift heavy, I like lifting a LOT more than cardio, but I do need to get some in to get rid of the beer belly
I have a treadmill, exercise bike, up to 140lbs of weights, dumbbells and barbells.
EDIT: I also have one of the benches that can take up to 200kg worth of weight (including person), which has ability for butterfly curls and bench/incline bench.
