    Youve probably heard this a million times

    Hi guys,

    over the past 2 years i have been weight training on and off. being totally oblivious to it i just used to use d-bol orally (50mg a day). i knew nothing about cutting cycles or anything like that i just used to stop taking them for a month or so keep training and lose some strength but got it back very quickly when i started using the d-bol again. when i left the army and started training 2 years ago i was about 11 stone 7 and 12% body fat. now i am bordering 205lbs and 20% body fat. i really want to get <10% and still keep as much size as possible i feel being 5ft8 i dont really need or want to get much bigger. i hear PCT floating about quite a lot but i have no idea what it means or does. any help at all on what to do / supplements / diets would be greatly appriciated

    Work hard in the gym, the kitchen and stay away from anything unnatural.

    That's the best advice you're going to get right now.

    Start by doing some reading in the diet/nutrition sections of these forums and when you have some more specific questions, ask in there.
