Strong benching Tone
I'm weak now, but not for long
Yardage, I haven't done much speed work. I did some 531 which really brought my raw bench up big time (at one point I hit 440x7) but I rarely do much speed work anymore. I think it has it's place, but the bands really seem to put a big hurting on my wrists and elbows whenever I use them so I do it very sparingly. The guy to ask would be Vinny. 600 raw he's gotta be doing it right.
Tore my left calf at work today. How awesome is that. Training on the squat finally starts going well and I get an injury carrying **** at work. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU**. It's pretty swollen and hurts like hell to walk on. I'll try to get some pics when I get home.

Not sure what's going on with my calf. Still balled up a bit but felt ok today. Decided to see what I could do as far as deadlifting.

Thanks CoCoa. The way Tim and I have to do them limits us a little. The gym we train at during the week doesn't have a power rack. So we're stuck trying to hand the weight off a pallet with a few matts on top of it. Not the greatest way of doing things. But we make due. I think I could get over 400 if we did these in a rack.
Went Full Gear today. Still didn't have the day I wanted. Completely pissed off and tired of dealing with my squat.

Flynn I probably would have been able to get 10lb more. I think I would have been good for even more than that had I not spent a ton of energy on the 405x10.
Thanks Brian. Everything but my squat really seems to be coming along. Calf is fine. Not sure what happened to it. It was balled up, hurt like hell, felt really bad for the first day, but by Saturday it felt fine. Don't know what I did. It does seems to be balled up more than the right one now, but it doesn't hurt.

Nice deadlift. Conventional raw deadlifts are just too badass... i did them myself tonight for the second time in three years. Got one less rep than you did...
