    Close grip with 225 and 5 Reps on each board. Went like this.

    That tricep death looks pretty intense especially after all that benching. What's that like 40 reps straight? Crazy stuff.

    Today wasn't a very heavy day (if you can't tell from the Sumo Good Mornings lol). I focused purely on being fast and explosive. Planned on doing more but my daughter showed up so that trumps everything! Gale pushed hard tonight so it was hard for me to stay on track. Kept feeling myself wanting to add weight, do more, lift heavy.

    I'm sure you confused the **** out of everyone in the gym. I can only imagine what was going on in their heads. "who the hell is this monster and how the hell is he making it onto that bench?" Good job tonight I think you need to listen to your body more often. Lower speed work should do wonders for you.
