    12.14.09 ME Bench
I'm freaking exhausted. 2 hours of sleep last night, long exhausting day at work, great heavy bench session this evening, and then came home to some on-call work to do.
    Bench
    135x10
    225x8
    315x5
    365x5
    Shirt On
    660x3 to 2-Board
680x1 to 2-Board, missed the second rep. Tried too hard to touch and dumped on the left. Hand wound up pins and needles for the rest of the night. Still recovering some feeling in my pinky even now.
720x1 to 1-Board. Easy, wanted 2 but elbow got loose at the top.
    750x1 to 1-Board Very easy!
585x5 Full range, this was just to get some reps in.

2 hours of sleep, and you're still hitting 750 lbs. on your bench....that's something to be proud of!

Hey bud, yesterday I was more concentrating on form and felt pretty good, but really weak off the chest. Weight is just moving slow. Ill be able to make it to Rocks for the next 4 weeks at least, so I really need to get my ass moving weight. Also, that dude bald bull is interested in coming over next Monday night too.

Weak of the chest is more heavy back work, floor presses, and heavy pauses. It's hard on the shoulders but you could do some off the chest work in a rack as well. Set the bar up at your chest and press from there. Floor presses really help Sammy with his low end. Both his strength and speed are up since doing them.

Good to hear you'll be making it. We always like having you there.

Bull is more than welcome but tell him to be ready to work. No slackers. We killed **** last night because everyone is starting to understand how it works and things run smooth. We started late at about 6:30 due to traffic and still finished up by 9.

You must have one large back or you got hit with a toy train which isn't that badass honestly.

I will probably be there to help out but I won't be competing. My training this past week has taken a big hit. I haven't trained since last Thursday. Between the weather, truck problems, my job, and the holidays and closing on a house and getting ready to move, it's been rough. Can't wait till everything settles down.
