It was good to get back in and train today. I really needed this to get my head back on straight. Alot going on right now but training keeps me sane.

I hope you get whatever it is sorted out Tone.

You do some serious motivating around here. It also seems though that you get motivated by getting others fired up. ****in' awesome.

Thanks guys. Very much. I have a ton of good things going on (new job, new house, new child on the way) but all those things carry a ton of stress and all hit at the same time. So I'm trying to enjoy them even if I am stressed to the hilt. Flynn and Tim, I always try to motivate people because as you pointed out Flynn, motivating others gets me motivated.

Your a great motivator Tone and I'm glad to have met you and the crew. Hopefully after the hustle and bustle of the holidays ill b able to find time to meet up with you guys on a more regular basis. Its hard to find in people anymore the care and dedication to help others that you have. Whether it be criticism, advice, an attaboy, or some smart ass comment, its all appreciated and shows what kind of person you really are. Merry Christmas bro to you and your family, and thanks.

Closed on my house today. Still got alot to do to get moved in. It's an excuse, but there really is a ****load on my plate right now. I probably shouldn't have went to bench tonight but I feel like some sort of consistency is the only thing helping me to keep it together right now. So I went.

Sorry all, I've been busy as ****. I'm finally somewhat settled in. Worked my ass off from Wednesday till Friday and got just about everything moved. I was exhausted but didn't want to miss a squat day. My best effort of the day was getting out of bed. I didn't want to throw those covers off for anything. My back was aching pretty bad and I was hoping to just get some work in.

    1.2.09 Squat
Decided to go Briefs only, work up for 3 solid singles, then do 2 sets with the reverse band.
