    1.20.10 - Accessory Day
Had to cut it short. My ex showed up at the gym to drop my daughter off when she was supposed to drop her off at the house with Edie. Sucked, my training was going well tonight.

    Front Raises

And that's when she showed up. Sucked having to leave early, miss my training, and drop my partners.

Im glad to hear you say this bud. You deserve to be happy. My misery of the last month or so is finally working out for me. Once things completely straighten out(shortly), I want to rejoin you guys every chance I can. Going to order a Boss suit I think, and would like to take some Saturdays off of work to make some Maryland trips. Hope to see you soon.

Tone you're looking great. Your cardio and general health seems to be improving. I don't know if I could have been able to do 20sets. You seemed to have a "**** it and squat" mentality yesterday. Keep it up and continue to kill it.

Everything was really fast and easy but I'm still unable touch. Doesn't look like alot of work on the surface but I held each rep at the bottom trying to touch. I wasn't far off with the 755. I think the problem is stemming from the shirt. I bench in an off-the-shelf double-ply F6. The sleeves on it feel like they just aren't ever seated right. Sammy gave a few extra yanks and got the sleeves up a little bit which felt like it would be easier to touch. Going to start trying to get some $ together for either a Phenom or Overkill.

13 Weeks Out - Doing the meet in Delaware on May 8th.
Haven't been logging cause I was kinda just floating. Didn't really do anything I felt deserved logging.
    That changes now.
First, I need equipment. Gotta get my briefs fixed, find a squat suit and a bench shirt.
Strength is going up nicely so I'm pretty much just gonna have to find money for gear and get ready.

Had to jet quick because Tim had to go to work. Poor guy has a meet coming up and has been killing himself with the snow lately. He smashed weights today though. Sammy looked incredible as well. The meet is going to be huge for both of them. Really looking forward to see it.

You"ve been killing it lately. Just need to get you some new gear and then in a meet. I can't wait to see something big from you soon. You need to stop being hard on yourself, let others handle that and you'll be fine.
