4/22 & 4/23 Various
Went in the last two days and just pretty much did whatever. I felt lethargic as hell.
I'm 390 right now. I feel strong, but I also am consistently tired, achy, and generally just feel like sh1t. I don't remember feeling this way at all when I was 350. At 350 I was tearing it up in the gym. I had the energy to get alot done. So I think it's time I lost some weight. I'm going to take it real slow at first. I don't want to drop quick especially when my bench is going this well. I have the Atilla's Gym bench meet on May 22nd. I think I can go low to mid 8's. After that, I'd like to start dropping down to about 350-360 again. I remember feeling good even at 365. My weight is really destroying my deadlift which just a few months ago was my absolute best lift.
And of course, later on today I wind up bending over an hurting my back. Deadlift 770 a few months ago and today I hurt my back bending over. Ridiculous. All the more reason for me to start losing this fu(king gut. I'm completely disgusted with myself.
