    This was the first time I've pulled since hurting my back weeks ago. Things definitely feel strange. My hips hurt way worse than the should and feel very out of place. My back is SO tight but I don't know if it's my back or my hamstrings pulling on my pelvis. I just know things don't feel right in my lower back. I knew I wouldn't have time for cardio today so I pushed the time on the deads. Doing them so fast left me wasted. Felt great.

    Trying to figure out what's going on with my back and hips on the deadlift. The strength seems gone and I feel way off. Could be my back is just still "off" or my hamstrings are tight or whatever. It sucks. Working hard to fix it. On a good note? My weight is down to 381 today. Very very very happy. Walking to work has gotten easy, and I'm not out of breath during my cardio as much. I bought a 6in 2ft PVC Pipe to roll on this Saturday and I feel the difference already. Working hard.

    I actually ran today. It was more like a fast lumbering jog, but I'm taking it. The gym is in a large strip mall. Managed to run 1/4 of the way around the mall, then walked the rest. It was about 90 outside and I was already sweating pretty good before going inside to finish up the cardio.
