    Long night as alot of guys were in shirts. Did alot of sets tonight and felt good. It's nice to have the energy to do 6 or 7 heavy sets rather than 1 or 2. It was hot as hell in the basemen tonight. Need to start bringing water to hydrate.

    For real man. I drink 1/2 to 3/4 of a gallon just while we're benching. A gallon of water is a must!

    That's cool, sometimes I wish we had more people to train with. We had a pretty good group, but most of them started doing more strongman training.

    Thanks man! Keep me posted on when you're competing. Do you think you'll do strongman competitions too? There is a strongman event in a couple of week that will be about 2 miles from my house.

    Looking good with the work, and more importantly, you seem to be at peace with what you are doing. Keep pushing, man. Just keep that volume up, and before you know it, your work capacity will be through the roof.

    Pushed here even though I felt like ****. Came back to haunt me because I had a pretty terrible bench day. Need to find a balance of cardio as well as let my body adjust to the greater volume I've been doing. Not happy at all with last night. Need to get on track if I want to do the October meet.

    Tried some board work but felt miserable. Didn't even have the energy to push. Lot of night with my wife waking up getting close to baby time. I could give excuses till I'm blue, just sucked tonight. Had no drive or energy. I can deal with it once in awhile but I'm so on the lookout not to fall back into old habits that everything makes me worry. Willing to let this go provided I have a better day next week. Plan is to still continue to push accessory days this week and try to find a balance on the cardio.

    Not looking to do any Strongman Dukes. Still consider myself a powerlifter. Looking to hopefully hit a meet in October at Iron Asylum.

    Very at peace man. I hold no grudges, just didn't ever seem to fit in down there. Hopefully I can still be kewl with everyone on the crew. I know we'll run into each other at meets. This was just better for me. I miss every single person, just didn't do well in that environment as a whole. Hope it's understood that there's no ill will on my end.
