    We definately have a tight crew. Things just roll smoothly as everyone knows to jump in wherever needed. But it was Tone that made it all come together. I cant thank him enough for what he did for me so far in this sport. His advice is sincere and really takes pride in helping each and everyones needs. I hope you decide to pursue the online training idea T. Anyone would be a fool not to sign up and get top notch training advice from you. Thanks again for everything buddy.

    Felt strong. Weight was moving really well. Was even thinking about moving the weight up a little bit. On the 4th set I pulled my right groin. Just as I reversed and was coming up I felt my right groin ripple and it hurt like hell. I tried holding the bar so my team could take it but I felt myself turning and was forced to dump. Thankfully they still caught it and lowered it into the chains. HUGE thank you to the entire team and my apologies to Drew who was back spotting me.
    Been icing and taking Advil since I got home. Hoping it's not too serious. No bruising so that's a good sign. Hoping I can at least bench on Monday night. Pissed off as hell. I felt strong and was having a great session. Meet was on track for some good numbers.

    Thanks all. It's feeling like just a strain so I'll just have to give it time. From what I'm reading about 4 weeks. I think I can bench though so I'll just focus on that.

    -JM-, nothing for profit. Just love to do it. I enjoy making a difference and seeing the look on peoples faces when they finally "get it". I read a TON when I first started and had some good and bad coaching. But everything has helped me to learn. I just want to give something back. I really do love this sport and all the work that comes along with it. If I can give something back in terms of coaching, helping at meets, or whatever, I'm happy to do it.
