Bri, I used to have pain where I couldn't lift my leg. Like if you try to sit crosslegged? The groin muscle would be hurt (both sides sometimes) and I couldn't do it. I thought it was from overwork. Instead I think it was a weakness I wasn't addressing. Doing the addcutors tonight KILLED me. When I got up I could feel the pump right away. Walking was strange. It went away after about an hour. Definitely need to keep doing these.
